You can order any of our products either by using the site shopping basket or by telephoning us on 01235 529632. Unfortunately we can not take card payment over the telephone.

When ordering via the website you can chose to pay by credit or debit card (via paypal), bank transfer or Paypal. By telephone you can pay by bacs, cheque or Paypal. You will receive confirmation of your order by email.

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days (this excludes Saturday and Sundays) but sometimes when we are very busy your order may be delayed slightly. If you haven't received your order within 10 working days please do get in touch. If the item is out of stock we will advise you when it is expected to be dispatched and give you the choice of either to wait, a substitute or to cancel your order. If you choose a substitute and then wish to return it, we will refund your second class postage.

POSTAGE IS FREE FOR ALL UK ORDERS OVER £30 (excluding VAT) orders under this will be charged at £3.50. We reserve the right to charge additional postage for international orders, if you wish for internationally shipping please contact us directly for a quote prior to ordering. As with any shopping, either on the Internet or on the High Street, you are entering into a legally binding contract.

Our website should automatically charge £4.00 for shipping to Europe (Please select Europe at check out). If you parcel costs more than this to post we will contact you for payment of additional postage costs prior to dispatch of your order, should you choose not to accept the additional postage costs we can cancel your order. If you wish to order from outside the UK or Europe please contact us for shipping costs. We can weigh your order and give you a quote.


We aim to produce and sell high quality products. If any item you have bought is faulty please telephone or email us for a returns code. We will repair or replace the item for you. We recommend you obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office. We must be notified of any faults or exchanges within 14 days. Returned items must be received back to us in unused and unwashed and saleable condition. We reserve the right to not offer a refund if we feel the item is not in saleable condition and we are not notified within our return period. 

If your purchase is not what you expected or you have changed your mind, please return it to us for a refund in an unwashed, unused and saleable condition. Please note the return postage is not refundable. Returns must be received but us within 14 working days of us approving the return.


We do keep a record of your details so we can process your order and help you if you have a query in the future. We do not pass this information onto anyone else under any circumstances - we hate spam and junk mail too!
