I guess most of you know of my hemp wobbles (see details below**) well it suddenly occurred to me that I could use some of my fleece surplus to make fleece topped hemp boosters/liners. So I have. These are 4 layers of hemp made from surplus hemp strips topped with a soft micro fleece layer. Generally white or cream micro fleece but others colours when available.
The size is approx 13cm*28cm but they will shrink with first few washes. Perfect for use as a liner with the added advantage of extra absorbency so double up as a booster. I have washed and dried these and in our house they dry over night on a clothes airer.
**Hemp Wobbles, bargain hemp jersey boosters!
When we make our hemp jersey boosters up we are left with a strip of hemp each time. I used to throw these away but hated doing so, I have decided to make boosters up out of these strips and see if they sell. They are quite timely to make but i do hate throwing away fabric, especially with the price of hemp so thought I would give it a go and offer you the opportunity of some bargain hemp boosters.
So these boosters are made of strips of hemp jersey stitched together making up a 4 layer hemp booster, Size varies depending on the width of the strips.
